1 . Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and cr999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cr999 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at cr999.im and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.

By registering an account, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, withdrawing funds, placing a sports bet, participating in a live casino game, or otherwise using any feature of the cr999 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms without modification or reservation.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the cr999 platform immediately.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced according to their plain English meaning. Any translation provided for convenience does not carry legal weight.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the cr999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing and using the platform entirely for your own personal, recreational use.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or director of cr999 or any of its associated companies or game providers.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed voluntarily through cr999 or imposed by any other mechanism, that would restrict your participation in online gambling.
• You have not previously had a cr999 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

cr999 implements a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. At the time of account registration or at any point thereafter at cr999's discretion, you may be required to submit documentation to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete age verification within the timeframe specified by cr999 will result in account suspension until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, net of any winnings generated, which will be forfeited. cr999 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into underage gambling activity.

Responsible Use of Player Funds

3. Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Person

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) cr999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different devices, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cr999 uses technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cr999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any balances held within them, and permanently ban the user from the platform.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your cr999 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You must not register under a false name, use another person's identity, or provide a fraudulent address. cr999 will verify the information you provide as part of our KYC process, and any discrepancy between registration information and verification documents will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cr999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. cr999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact cr999 support immediately. cr999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Account Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information current and accurate. If your contact details, address, or payment methods change, you must update your account promptly. Outdated account information may delay the processing of withdrawals and could affect our ability to reach you in the event of a security concern.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

cr999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All account balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cr999 does not charge currency conversion fees for Taka-denominated transactions. Additional payment methods may be introduced or discontinued at cr999's discretion; the current list of available methods is displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your cr999 account.

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount on cr999 is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account and may vary depending on the payment method selected. cr999 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time, including temporarily reducing limits during periods of elevated fraud risk or technical maintenance.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your cr999 account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to be credited, depending on the processing times of the respective institution. cr999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by cr999 within one to three business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements. cr999 reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified bank account in your registered name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Player Funds

All player funds deposited into a cr999 account are held separately from cr999's operational funds. Your deposited balance represents funds held on your behalf for the purpose of participating in games and betting markets on the cr999 platform. Deposited funds do not accrue interest. cr999 does not use player funds for its own operational expenses.

Anti-Money Laundering

cr999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. cr999 reserves the right to delay or block any transaction that appears inconsistent with a player's normal usage pattern, and to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into a cr999 account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cr999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered cr999 players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, and per device.
• cr999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where cr999 has reasonable grounds to believe a player is abusing a promotional offer.
• Bonus funds may carry wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Specific wagering requirements are displayed on the promotion page for each offer.
• Bonus funds are not transferable and have no cash equivalent unless wagering requirements have been fully met.
• cr999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if cr999 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the manipulation of bonus terms.
• Certain games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

Promotional Integrity

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate cr999 bonuses or promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or the use of automated software — will result in the immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus, potential forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of cr999, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, creating accounts using stolen identity documents, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.
• Money Laundering: Using the cr999 platform as a vehicle for laundering funds of illegal origin, including making deposits and immediate withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players during live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over cr999 or other players.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to automate gameplay or betting decisions on cr999.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, connection interruption patterns, or any other technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of technical faults are void and will be withheld.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing language toward cr999 staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel on the platform.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing any other person to access or operate your cr999 account, including allowing a third party to place bets or make deposits or withdrawals on your behalf.
• Charge-backs: Initiating a payment charge-back or reversal through your bank or mobile money provider without first contacting cr999 support to resolve the dispute. Unjustified charge-backs will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by cr999

cr999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cr999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached or are in the process of breaching these Terms.
• Your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent transaction activity has been detected on your account.
• Your account is subject to an ongoing KYC or AML investigation.
• cr999 is required to do so by a competent authority or pursuant to applicable law.

During a period of suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit funds, or request withdrawals. cr999 will endeavour to resolve suspension investigations promptly and to communicate the outcome to you via your registered email address.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your cr999 account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Accounts closed at your request may be reopened upon application, subject to cr999's discretion and completion of any required verification.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through cr999 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully suspended and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired (or, in the case of permanent self-exclusion, not at all). cr999 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will process them without delay.

8. Limitation of Liability

The cr999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cr999 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur. cr999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Platform Availability

cr999 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, server outages, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications disruptions, or events outside cr999's reasonable control including natural disasters, government action, or internet service disruption.

Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on cr999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by physical game outcomes observed in real time. cr999 does not accept liability for losses arising from gameplay decisions made by users. It is the user's sole responsibility to understand the rules and odds of each game before participating. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and past results do not indicate future outcomes.

Third-Party Services

cr999 integrates third-party services including game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners). cr999 does not accept liability for failures, errors, or interruptions originating within third-party systems. Any dispute regarding a specific game outcome must be raised with cr999 support within 72 hours of the disputed event.

Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cr999's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their cr999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless cr999, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, game providers, and payment partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the cr999 platform in violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
